Caveat: Active Sleeping

I have been sleeping very restlessly, lately. These days, I sleep Korean style, on a blanket on the floor. This makes the floor my bed. Normally, I sleep fairly stationarily – at least as far as I can tell. I will wake up in the same basic spot on the floor where I started, which is typically along the wall of my one-room apartment where I have lined up my bookshelves. But yesterday and today I awoke in unusual positions and locations, well away from where I started. Sunday morning I woke up scrunched into a ball in the center of the floor, and today I had somehow rolled to close to under my desk. Both times, I'd abandoned the blanket I use as a sort of very thin mattress (again, this is just Korean "old person" style of sleeping), and was sleeping on the bare floor, with only the blanket over me.

What is this restlessness?
