Caveat: Fever

Sick and tired of being sick and tired.

You know… not necessarily anyone's interest, to hear the utter banality of how I feel.  But, so… just a general update of where I'm at.  Ever since the food poisoning, I haven't felt healthy, and this weekend it's transformed into a full-blown, very unpleasant but highly conventional flu.  At least it's not food poisoning, right?

I've done a lot of reading, anyway.

The food poisoning probably knocked your immune system for a loop! Do they sell vitamins in Korea? I don’t think people need them all the time, but once in awhile I think they can be very beneficial. And get extra rest! 🙂

vitamins are availabe in Korea, not NK 🙂 Although I hate to extra, unnecessary medicines for many of my patients’ problem, sometimes, I’ve experience, it would be better idea to take medicine when it’s necessary. You know what? Here’s a saying in Korea “밥이 보약이야” direct translation is “Rice is the best medicine”, behind meaning of it is “Every meal you have is the best medicine”… Please don’t skip your meal and take plenty of rest…. Oops, in case of food poisonin, fasting is the best medicine… 🙂 Take care Jared.
